Of course, all of the snow and rain arrived and it took longer than expected to be done. However, the work was top notch and workers extremely courteous and aware of maintaining a clean working area. Once the weather cleared the work was completed in a matter of days and upon inspection everything was done met our expectation. Very favorable follow through my management and workers. Daily clean up was excellent and job was done quickly and looks great. Sales did a very good job explaining the options. In a year if I take this survey again I would expect all 5's."
