Very responsive and quick work to replace a gas water heater that was leaking.

Reliable, did a good job!

Heat exchanger from outdoor wood burner needed repair, but this was mid-winter in Michigan., and this was pretty much our only real means of heating our large farmhouse. I was worried. Contacted TJ day 1, his crew was out day 2 to assess, take measurements and discuss options. They needed to locate a new heat exchanger, which they did. Returned on day 3 - started, completed, and tested repairs in less time than I expected. Our house never got cold, which was my concern. They also did a couple upgrades and needed cleanings. Best of all, in spite of potential for a real messy job, they left the house very clean. Knowledgeable, respectful, hard working, good communication start to finish. Got bill next day and it was quite reasonable for the work done. Thanks TJ, Hunter, and Justin! VERY pleased and would highly recommend.

They were 2 hours late but were very apologetic. They did great work very quickly. I ended up being happy with the work and the company.

The service technicians that came out were fantastic. They were not only on time but replaced and repaired my faucet and toilet in a timely manner. Professional at every level. I will highly recommend them to family and friends. Any future plumbing repair or upgrade, they will be my first choice!

His was prompt. Sink unclogged, he was in and out in no time. I do feel he was a little pricey.

TJ arrived during his estimated window. He had all the tools he needed for the job. He explained how my drain got clogged in the first place and then explained how his machine was going to unclog it and how I shouldn't not have a problem with it again. He had an apprentice with him, which I was happy to see that he was teaching his trade. They were both very friendly and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. He will definitely be my go-to plumber for any future problems.

Premier plumbing did exceptional service! Installed a drinking fountain in my finished basement and it looks like it should have been there all along! Great job, great communication, quick response time. They cleaned up after themselves (which is great when you’re cleaning up after your kids all day) overall great experience! They will be our go-to for now on!

TJ responded to request for service immediately, & showed up to appt on time. Super communication, as I had questions before he came. He replaced an old, leaking faucet & non-working shut-off handles & hoses. Quick work, reasonable price, & well done! He brought a helper/student (btw TJ did not charge me extra). So nice to see someone mentor for the plumbing profession! Will definitely call again!

Situation: Received quote of $100.00 service call and $70.00 hr. 2. Would confirm the full price upon arrival. Problem: 1. Arrival did work without giving full cost. 2. Completed work in 2.5 hr. 3. Charged $70.00 at 2.5 hrs. for himself. 4. Charged $25.00 at 2.5 hrs. for his helper Complained to him about not provided full price upon arrival Complained to him about the $25.00 helper at 2.5 hrs. His reply was, without the helper it would have taken longer to install a kitchen faucet and replace a gas line to the dryer. The dyer gas line took him .5 hours. I would not use this company again. The quality of work was good. The charge was not normal
