Jim at Water Works is AMAZING! He made my time just as valuable as his time. We moved into a brand new home and he showed so much respect for it. He took it slow through the house with his equipment to not hit the walls or other things. Jim took his time to really analyze the problem instead of just jumping to a quick solution to make a sale. I would 100% recommend him to anyone that I know. Thanks Jim!

Rather than just trying to sell me a new unit, he tried to repair my existing water conditioner and did find the problem saving quite a lot of money

I would gladly call them again if needed. They had reasonable rates and were very prompt. I was happy that our softener could be fixed versus having to buy a new one.

Jim called within minutes. He was prompt and courteous. He went above and beyond (even taking a call from me at 7:30 in the evening) in accomplishing "the fix".

The Plumbing connection came and charged me $69.00 just to look at it and make the recommondation that I replace the WHOLE system for $1100.00, Then the Water Wizard came and charged me NOTHING to check out my system, give me a quote to totally rebuild MY system for $300.00 A hour and 15 minutes later he had a by-pass valve rebuilt and a new clock & piston valves installed in mine, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the "WATER WIZARD" for all your plumbing needs.
