Through all this, Aden was very communicative and responsive to all my questions. He is easy to reach by phone. I have experience working with various contractors, and D&L impressed me with their quality of framing. Nothing was done sloppily or rushed. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left.
