Our old roof was only 9 years old and needed to be replaced plus the beam that was cracked that supported the roof. It was a bad situation because the people who did our roof before did a horrible job. We were left to deal with it. Ken explained the whole process and was honest with us from the start. 180 contractors made the situation 100 times better and we felt at ease. The crew came out and did the roof so quick! Coty was our project manager and he did such a wonderful job communicating with us! He answered all my questions and always got back to me! My husband and I were so impressed with the crew because they did such a wonderful job with the roof plus the cleanup they did after! What’s really cool is they take pictures while doing the roof. "The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."
