"All details were worked out, and date was scheduled for a new roof and blown in insulation.  Crew showed up on time, spread protective coverings over perimeter of yard and disposal trailer was parked in driveway.  Crews began working and were extremely organized as some were tearing the old roof off and as soon as they cleared a spot others were cutting new boards to replace devective boards. Others crew members were already starting to cut out wood roofing for the new air vents in the gables and eaves.  It wasn't much longer than 8 hours and the crews were completed and the trash was being hauled away.  Everything was left exactly the way they found it and there was no damage to any vegetation.



Insulation was scheduled for the following day and even though we were in the middle of a blizzard, the crew showed up on time.There was quite a bit of preparation in the 3 separate parts of the attic before they could begin blowing the insulation in.  The crew again made sure the house was protected as they placed plastic from outside all the way through the house to where the hose was run.  It took about 5 hours to blow in the insulation, and then they cleaned up everything leaving it as it was when they came.



All the crews and supervisors were extremely courteous, and let us know how they were doing during the entire two days of getting a new roof and insulation blown into the attic. 



This company knows exactly what they are doing and you can tell their employees are well trained.  They use only the best of materials.  I would highly recommend them for roofing and insulation, and plan to use them again next year when I have new siding and gutters installed.

"The roof shingle replacement process from start to finish was very smooth. The Performance Roofing team came to my house within a couple of days of first contact and walked me through the process. They were at my location when the insurance adjuster came, included everything I asked for in their quote, handled permit, and forced me to get approval from my HOA to close the loop before they started the work. Their crew showed up early in the morning, finished the work on my 2,800+ sqft roof in one day, and cleaned everything (including nails) before they left. Finally, they took pictures of the shingle installation process and shared them with me. I can't think of anything that went wrong or was not as I expected it to be."
