"Jo, our first contact was Exceptional! Very personable and caring about what we needed...explained everything and set up an appointment with Kathy. She also took time to understand our needs and proposed the solution. Both Jo and Kathy worked on scheduling Elizabeth to clean our home. She was very thorough and efficient, as well as extremely personable. I instantly liked Elizabeth and have requested that she permanently be assigned to our home. "I called to have my chimney cleaned. They called me back the following day and set an appointment for the following day. They set my appointment for 9 am. They arrived right on time. They were very professional and very good. I was unaware of several problems and they fixed them along with the cleaning of the chimney. They took pictures before and during the process. Letting me know exactly what they were doing and what they were going to do. They never made any mess and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them. They are not from this area but I am sure glad they traveled to get the job done."
