"I needed a hot water heater replacement Brian called back gave me a great quote. Showed up with a new better quality than expected Hot Water Heater within 1 hour. "Two years ago, I considered installing solar when our house needed a new roof. I was not sure about it because no one I knew personally had done it. I talked to multiple installers including Mike from Oak Electric. His knowledge, professionalism, openness, and no-pressure approach convinced me to go with them. Installation was a breeze and they took care of absolutely everything. I went with the all-cash option. Now two years later, I could not be more pleased with our decision to go solar and the choice of installer. It has been working flawlessly and the productivity has been within the estimate they promised, although slightly lower than the nominal. It has been as reliable as it can be and has not had a single hiccup. Mikes after-sales service in answering my questions even after two years has been impressive.
