"I needed a hot water heater replacement Brian called back gave me a great quote. Showed up with a new better quality than expected Hot Water Heater within 1 hour. Within 2 hours the he replaced the old one educated me about the equipment the required maintenance and I had hot water! Very kind professional and knowledgeable! "Two years ago, I considered installing solar when our house needed a new roof. I was not sure about it because no one I knew personally had done it. I talked to multiple installers including Mike from Oak Electric. His knowledge, professionalism, openness, and no-pressure approach convinced me to go with them. Installation was a breeze and they took care of absolutely everything. I went with the all-cash option. Now two years later, I could not be more pleased with our decision to go solar and the choice of installer. It has been working flawlessly and the productivity has been within the estimate they promised, although slightly lower than the nominal. It has been as reliable as it can be and has not had a single hiccup. Mikes after-sales service in answering my questions even after two years has been impressive. I highly recommend SunPower and Oak Electric."

"Called roughly 15 minutes before they opened on Saturday morning. Someone answered. They were open till 12.00 and agreed to come out to our home by noon and determine why our AC ceased to function. Fee to inspect/assess was $89.95, a competitive fee. We had a $20 coupon from their website. They identified the problem and eliminated it. Total price was reasonable. Got the job done quickly and professionally. Will use a again if need be."
