Contract was not worded in clear enough (not itemized/quantified) on that line item, so I didn't realize that what the sales guy heard was different than what I was asking for. Ultimately a mistake on both sides that I didn't catch until much too late (also lowest cost portion of job). Overall the crew did a great job and cleaned up the jobsite, roof was finished in one day. Gutters turned out great, they sent another crew a few days later that was in and out in a half hour."
