All American Gutter Protection

I had several companies come to the house and give me estimates for new gutters for the house and garage. All American Gutter Protection was the only company that said I did not need new gutters, just need to be repaired. They came out a couple days later fixed the gutters and installed the gutter guards and saved me over $3000.00. Nice to know there honest companies out there.

Was happy to hire the company. The salesman was wonderful got a great price. When the job was scheduled for a Wednesday no one showed up or called. I let them know and they told me they would reschedule for Friday. Friday came and no one showed up or called. I let them know, they apologized and guaranteed me someone would be there Sunday morning? No one showed up or called. Job was finally done quickly and very professionally a few days later, but after having to clear my schedule for 3 days. It should not be hard for a company to stick to a schedule or at least call a customer and let them know what is going on. Fantastic presentation and deal by the salesman Matt, but terrible service and communication.

We hired them to cover wood fascia with aluminum and then to install new gutters and gutter guards. They removed and disposed of the old vinyl gutters. The work was done in the projected time on the day agreed upon. We had no clean-up afterwards. Great job, a month later no leaves and no water overflowing the gutters.

There are still some issues that have not been settled.

Next day installation. It was a relief to have the gutters cleaned and covered so I don't have to worry about them. Installation took about 2 hours. I definitely recommend. They did what they said they were going to do. The installer asked multiple times if it was up to my expectation. He gave me his cell phone and said call me with any problems. I'm always in this area and I can come over to fix it.

I initially wanted to hire this company to install gutter guards. They looked at the gutters and told me they were unnecessary because I have no trees around the house at all. Such honesty! SO I hired them to clean and inspect the gutters and fix multiple leaks. They did and during the detailed inspection found a problem with the way the roof shingles were installed on one side of the patio several years ago. The wood on the patio roof was rotting out. I called the roofing company and they fixed the shingles. So thanks to All American Gutters I now have functional, clean gutters and the rain is properly draining into the gutters. Very happy. This company is honest, thorough, and management is committed to excellence.
