Choices in booklet are pretty basic, not a lot of options (for flooring types, door style, trim) This company is like the Anderson Windows of basements. (No doubt they spend a lot on advertising; There is a reason they are the top result when searching!) Expect to pay quite a bit more than you planned, but I knew if I chose them it would be done and warrantied for everything. Sometimes you just want to sign and not worry, and I would definitely pick Finished basements plus if you are in that situation and have the budget."

One to dig and replace line in my back yard and one to dig and replace the connecting line in the alley. On day two they discovered the line was buried deeper than the machine on hand could dig. This resulted in an extra day of work at no additional cost to me, while contractor called in a machine capable of finishing the work. Work was completed without any further complications. Contractor ensured that none of the sewer line was exposed. Dirt was returned on top of where it was excavated. They accepted a personal check for the estimated cost .
