Although the price was a little higher than I wanted, I hired Ben and would hire him again because he said that he would guarantee the plants for a year. One of the flowers died and another one is not doing very well, but we are working with Ben on replacement options."

The installers did not complete the entire project in the way we were told it would be done. The Great: Tom Hedlund, whom I spoke to a few times in advance to our service, was very responsive and helpful. Most of the information they provided was wrong, including the fact that 1) our drain lines didn't need re-routing (despite my questioning them on that); and 2) that our water heater is natural gas (in fact, it is LP, but they never asked and never noted it). The only reason we didn't have a couple of nasty surprises on the service day is because I questioned these two items beforehand, so was able to resolve the details over the phone, and they were able to change the water heater order before it was too late. In summary, the work we received from Hedlund was excellent, but the guys who provided an estimate need to work on their attention to detail."
