They cut down many shrubs and left the mess for us to clean up and dispose of. We were told they would cover all of our belongings prior to starting. The installers did not complete the entire project in the way we were told it would be done. "We had work done on two large beds in our backyard. This included design, reshaping and preparing the beds for new planting, as well as installation of a tree and several other plants, and mulch. Ben was very easy to work with and took a lot of time to hear about our needs and design a plan that could address what we wanted. He was really good about the time table, responding to email questions, and carrying out the work as scheduled. He also checked on the work a few weeks after it had been done and advised us that we might be over-watering the plants. Although the price was a little higher than I wanted, I hired Ben and would hire him again because he said that he would guarantee the plants for a year. One of the flowers died and another one is not doing very well, but we are working with Ben on replacement options."

The problem was repaired and had me came and inspect the issue was repaired. The young men also explained what they found and how to help prevent the clog to happen again. The final thing, after they left everything was clean and picked up. If I had not been home, I wouldn't have known they were here. I would have no issuse recommending Jack Frost Drain Service."
