"They were on time, they had to dig a hole in the basement floor and dig a communication with another drain as well. They covered carpet and sealed off the wrk area for dust during the jackhammering. They dug a trench through the front yard for the drain system and put everything back, you can barely tell what happened. Cleaned up, everyone was nice and professional. Very pleased."

They cut down many shrubs and left the mess for us to clean up and dispose of. We were told they would cover all of our belongings prior to starting. The installers did not complete the entire project in the way we were told it would be done. "I was very happy with the estimate I got from Corey, and he explained how things were going to be done. I had the waterproofing done on one entire wall of my basement, and a sump pump put in, on one of the coldest days of this year, and the guys were great, they put up plastic to keep things from getting dusty, and they were done in 1 day!! I was very impressed! I did have a tiny leak, a few days later, but the company sent someone out almost immediately, and that was resolved.
