They didn’t have a crew available on the weekend, but were available on the following Monday. The crew did a great job explaining the problem and finding a solution for me. "I had several companies come to our house and help us figure out how to fix water leaking into our basement (nearly every time it rained). All 3 companies told me that we needed an interior drain system, with a variation on the type/cost. 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was in the middle. What I liked best was how they were very familiar with my city (knew the inspector, mentioned other projects in the area, etc.). They also didn't try to get me to install stuff I didn't need, like a sump pump (another company stated we had to put one in but Bob told us it wasn't necessary for our city's drainage system). 
We paid a deposit and they came to do the project less than a week later. The project took 1 and 1/2 days (due to city inspection). We had one snafu during the project (water line broke and water gushed into my basement - which wasn't their fault at all) and they handled it incredibly well with no damage or additional cost to us. 
After they were done, we had a contractor come in several days later to replace the drywall that was taken out to install the drainage system. The contractor had no affiliation with 4-Every Water-Tite and he told us that they did an excellent job and "treated our house like it was their own."

"Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable."
