We could not be happier with Carl and his team. They were true craftsmen and professionals. Carl has transformed our home. My husband and I will now call New Horizons first for any future home improvements.

The team was professional and trustworthy. My wife & I both work and could not be home while the work was being done. We were able to provide New Horizon with our garage code to access the home and had no worries nor issues as a result... very convenient! We also have cats and agreed to seclude them to a portion of the home away from the work area so New Horizon did not have to contend with four legged supervisors nor chase them down the street in the event they escaped. Cats were fine and the team was able to get their work done without incident. We had the flooring delivered to the home, some stock placed upstairs, the remainder downstairs. They were able to retrieve the stock when needed and no walls were damaged in the process! The project spanned 6 days. The team prep'd the floor by securing the sub-floor eliminating as many of the squeaks as possible. A paper product was then stapled to the sub floor and the work began... in the peak of the summer with high heat & humidity. I think the team lost some weight due to the temperature but work progressed. Each night I snapped pictures to record progress... I always found the house secured upon arrival, the work area was clean & safe, and the access areas to the work site were cleaned (nothing left on the new floor). New Horizon also made some great suggestions for us to consider regarding railing on the stairs and at the top of the landing... not in an effort to get more business but as a service to us. For this we are grateful and will consider. Will we contact New Horizon for our next project? YES! Would I recommend New Horizon for someone else's project? ABSOLUTELY without hesitation!

We had a great experience with Carl. He came out to look at the bathroom when he said he would and followed up a few days later with an estimate. Showed up on time every morning and cleaned up before leaving. He made sure to keep me informed on the project and was always available to answer any questions. We had a minor hiccup close to the finish of the bathroom and he was able to fix the issue without fuss or delay to the original schedule. He is professional, respectful, kind and takes great pride in his work. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again for other home projects!

Carl did an amazing job.  He did our job in one day.  It wasn't easy as it was a vanity replacement in an old 1950s pink bathroom.  But he did a wonderful job, particularly when the vanities of today are taller than yesteryear and he had to work around an old cubbie in the wall which held toothbrushes.  He had to cut the granite backsplash in 3 places and polish what was showing.  The cutout was perfect, it left the cubbie usable, and made it look so custom!  The sink replacement went just as well.  
I would use Carl again in a heartbeat.  I know he does jobs big and small, mine was smaller, but he didn't complain and really gave both bathrooms look so great!  He also had a great suggestion as to where we could get a vanity for the cheaper price we were looking for that would fit in our pink bathroom wonder!  He knows so much, takes such care and you should not hesitate to contact him about your job.

I had other contractors give me estimates and I was very apprehensive.  Carl came over on a Saturday afternoon and immediately put me at ease.  He looked at all the work I wanted done.  I was nervous about the job because both of my upstairs bathrooms needed to be repaired and I was concerned about being able to shower for work.  He explained the process to me so I felt comfortable going ahead with the project.  His estimate came in a few days and was reasonable,  The work was started on time and was finished on time.  Carl was always available by phone or text.  I especially appreciated that he sent me pictures of the work and sent me daily texts sf the progress.  ( I was at work most of the time he was at the house so it was great to see how the project was going).  the work he did was ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL.   Even though I had picked out all the supplies, it was beautiful beyond my expectations.  He is a perfectionist and it reflects in his work. 
I have recommended him to friends they have been very pleased.  He is working on the third project at my house.
He also has fixed several things around the house while he was here.
I love everything about the work that  was done on my house. 
Carl is the owner and does all the work himself.  He is helpful with suggestions about what will work and what might not.  i value his professional opinion on all matters of home repair. 
I would recommend him for any and all home improvement projects.

We would highly recommend this company. Carl was responsive, prompt, available for questions, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He did excellent work, finished within the estimated time and was reasonably priced. We would use him again without hesitation. 

As installer for the kitchen and bathroom Carl was very conscientious, attentive to our needs and to detail. He did a great job!
 
For the three season room.  First, Carl came out to look at what needed to be done and how we wanted it done.  Then, he took it to the architect and came back with the design and cost.  The design was tweaked and adjustments made to the price.  Once permits were obtained the demolition and work began.  Carl was very attentive to detail and what we wanted and made suggestions accordingly.  He was hands on the project from start to finish.  Our three season room is beautiful inside and out.  Neighbors have also made positive comments and asked for his business card.  
We would recommend him in a heartbeat.  Carl is a man of integrity and  takes pride in his work.  He made sure the job was done right.

Carl was recommended to me by another Angie's List member, Jackie, owner of Complete Landscaping. I needed to replace the bathroom sink and faucet. Carl came by and gave me a quote for the sink/faucet and then I asked him if he could possibly re-install a shutter that had blown off and he said sure, I'm sure this wasn't something he would normally do. Carl arrived on time and did a great job. No fuss, no muss. I also had him give me quote to replace some dry wall in my basement, which I think was very reasonable.
