He did not link in a sewer line out of my basement which caused my basement to flood. He insisted I needed a sump pump, for an additional $500. The repair is now done correctly and the sump pump (which was only needed as a work around for his mistake) has been removed and he refuses to refund my money for the sump pump. $500. I paid a total of $4,000 for this repair. The pic I include shows the white pipe he replaced and the brown pipe he just buried. this was taken when it was redug to complete the job correctly.

Paying 150 for redoing 3 sinks, and bathroom sinks is really a great deal. They are just amazing. They are good people.

Tom McCoy came out the next day after I called with our problem, he was professional and pleasant the whole time it took him to complete the job. I would recommend him for any plumbing issue you might have.
