S&A Granite & Marble

I ordered granite for my kitchen and half bathroom.  S & A were very nice and accomodating until they got my check and then would not resolve issue nor address the problems.  The faucet hole in the bathroom was drilled to close to the sink so you could see the hole after the faucet was installed by a plumber.  When I called S & A they told me to contact a plumber to fix it and would not even consider it was something they did wrong.  My plumber could not fix the hole being drilled incorretly.

They shoved the kitchen counter top into the drywall and cracked it.  The installers did not caulk between the wall and the back splash, which they should have done.  The seems were not finished off very well.

My husband took photos in to discuss with the owner and he told him it was his problem and would do nothing about it.

I will never use or recommend S&A Granite!!!

This was a real thrill for me to ge granite countertops and the whole experience was terrible. They came to install my kitchen and brought the Blanco kitchen sink I had given them to measure, and it was cracked. They told me it was already cracked and I had to replace it, I know it was not cracked when I gave it to them. After they finally installed the countertops and I had paid the bill in full, I noticed a big chip that had been repaired poorly on the edge of the countertop. I paid a few thousand dollars to get a chipped granite countertop? Also in the bathroom, the faucet hole was cut to close to the sink, so you could see the hole in front of my new faucet. When I called Adrian at S&A Granite to discuss these two issues, he basically told me it was my problem and would do nothing about it. I highly recommend going somewhere else!!!
