I have worked with many contractors over the years, in my professional career as well as in my private life, and I would put WaterWork Plumbing up as one of the best. Kenny was the plumber from WaterWork Plumbing that came to my home. He installed a hose bibb, and then I asked him to recheck recent plumbing work that I was concerned hadn’t been done correctly in the kitchen and bathroom. Thank goodness I did, otherwise I would have incurred water leaks under my kitchen sink in no time and he also corrected issue that I was having with toilet flushing. Kenny was kind and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and put down fresh clean tarps over my white carpeting and cleaned up everything. WaterWork Plumbing are fair in their pricing and charge by the hour. Right after Kenny left, I immediately called his company and asked to speak to the owner, and I shared with him what an exemplary employee Kenny was and how grateful I was to have found their company. "The plumber responded to my request promptly and kept me informed as the when they would be to my home. They snaked out the kitchen sink drain which was totally blocked. They also told me about a pipe that was starting to leak, so I asked them to fix that too and they did. I told my girlfriend what a good job they did and she said she will call them when she has a plumbing job instead of her current plumber who was hard to get a hold of and you don't know when they're coming."

"Everything was great! I received a call shortly before his arrival and when he came, he was very polite. Looked at the faucet to determine the issue and began locating the part he needed to replace (cartridge), he immediately got in touch with his supplier and in less than 30 min. he was able to get the part and get to work. A simple note on the value of integrity... I was initially quoted a price that was $8.00 more than what I paid. But because the part he purchased was cheaper by $8, he passed off the savings to me as well. He could have simply stayed silent, pocketed that 8 dollars and I would have been none the wiser. (And probably would have still written a positive review.) There aren't a lot of people who would pass that saving on to their customer. I look back at that and am happy that Affordable Heating Cooling & Plumbing to take care of my leaky faucet. Im happy to say, found my new plumber and heating and cooling guy, I will be giving him my business in the future."

"West Water were ready to begin the contract with only one business day of notice. Very convenient. The contractor arrived on time. They estimated the work would take two days. One to dig and replace line in my back yard and one to dig and replace the connecting line in the alley. On day two they discovered the line was buried deeper than the machine on hand could dig. This resulted in an extra day of work at no additional cost to me, while contractor called in a machine capable of finishing the work. Work was completed without any further complications. Contractor ensured that none of the sewer line was exposed. Dirt was returned on top of where it was excavated. They accepted a personal check for the estimated cost . This contract went very well for me. I will contact West Water again if I require further related work."

"I had called Pipey when I had an emergency leak under my sink. I got a call immediately within minutes and they gave me an appointment. I got a text that my appointment was confirmed. The team of two came in, they were very courteous and respectful. Since we don’t like have anyone wear shoes in our home they took them out and performed the work quickly and cleanly. Didn’t leave any trash behind for us. While they were there, I asked them to check a couple of additional things and they gave on the spot estimates. Work was clean overall and price was reasonable. I paid them using my phone which was also very convenient for me. Overall, it was a great experience."

"Great employees. Tidy and clean work area prep, but $90 for service charge, $360 to snake a kitchen sink drain, and $200 for parts and labor to replace a drain pan is overcharging."

"The process was easy to schedule & finance, had to wait a little while to get all the pieces to schedule the job but seeing the pieces were all custom made it was expected. Installers Eric & Bob did a nice job working with us during the installation process including a few modification changes. Work completed in a timely manner. We're very happy pleased with our new shower!"
