"A few corrections. To begin with your project was completed 3/08/2019 and total cost, not including materials you purchased, was $13,472.09 for both bathrooms. As for the heated floor, you did contact us about it on 12/21/19. We came by to look at the issue on 1/3/2020. We connected the backup sensor (which we always install, a common issue with heated floors, is sensor going bad) and trouble shot why it worked for nine months and quit. Since the issue was not the sensor or thermostat itself it must have been a defect in the heating wire. I explained there was no way to trace wire under the tile with any accuracy. The floor would have to be pulled up and redone. I offered to cover the labor to do so, but not the materials. There was no obvious reason it should have stopped working, other than a defect in the wire. I never got a response on the offer. Now, two years after job completion, there are a whole set of new issues that were never brought up a year ago. The warranty on your job has been expired for over a year. Now everything is falling apart? Where was our good review two years ago? I can supply old emails with plenty of praise at time of completion. Hope you and your family are doing well and all has been okay through this crazy time."

"Dear Customer, I am sorry you, believe you had a bad experience with my Tech. As for your negative review: #1 on your list? This at least the second time you have asked us about this issue, since none of the techs sent there can locate your low voltage transformer for your doorbell (by code supposed to be accessible) there is no fix. Please inquire with whom finished your basement or installed your cable. #5 this was list sent via e-mail "We need miscellaneous handyman help (for example, our doorbell, some toilets running, hanging items, and our outdoor lighting, etc.)." #6 My tech told you, that the flag you purchased for your mailbox was not from the mailbox manufacturer, and was told by you to make it work. Sorry it did not The toilet in question only had the toilet seat replaced. As for the 3.5 hours, I think you are forgetting that I personally came by to look at the toilet in question, which did have 2 chains in it, and repaired the issue. So, I believe that makes up for the .5 hours. Also, the float in the toilet did not look like it was from the manufacture or even from a universal kit. I also do not appreciate your hounding me for my Techs name on the phone, only to tell me you needed it so you can request him not to come again, no other purpose. I do not appreciate the slander of his name. Our Tech's are not dishonest and "Mark" has been with the company over 3 years and has gotten rave reviews from other Angie's list members. By my last check he is at a 95% approval rating. I do not dismiss you claims, but I personally came by to fix the issues. If you need us to find your low voltage transformer, we can do that but I doubt a $199.00 deal will not cover it. Just as a side note, we use a GPS time app called T-sheets. Our techs clock in upon arrival and clock out after handing you an invoice. I do verify my Techs locations and times. If any other Angie's list members question our time, please ask the Tech and he will happily show you. If there is still doubt I will verify with the GPS locator."
