There was a small problem with the installation where one of the brackets was pinching an electrical wire and causing it to short out. , Rob and Zack did an excellent job.  They were patient, easy to work with, and pleasant to have around.  We felt as if Rob really listened to and respected our wishes.  When they said they would be at our home at a certain time they were here.  Things were left neat and cleaned up.  We are hiring them again to do some work in our kitchen.

I'd also like to comment for a friend who is not a member of Angie's list.  After surgery her husband wasn't able to walk.  He'd been placed in a nursing home.  Their home was not handicap equipped.  He couldn't even get into the bathroom.  I gave her Rob's phone number.  He and Zack made time in their busy schedule to help, so that our friend could return home.  The work was excellent and their kindness greatly appreciated.
