Received assistance but then was met with resistance when they said I would not receive additional benefit from the antenna system I wanted. Then, suddenly they said they wouldn’t service me because I was outside their service area. It isn’t about getting more stations but rather having more stable reception from the stations I can receive with a stronger antenna. Try giving the customer what they want. No business for you; so, your loss!"
