After one call they came to my home, picked up my old computer and the same day delivered the news that (as expected) it was beyond repair. They transferred all data to a new tower and returned and installed. Their on-line tech worked out a few areas. I could not be happier. Would recommend this company for their great service, products and amazing staff.
