MTCO Communications

I received a response from MTCO regarding my questions, they were very nice all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I am a current customer of MTCO and I like this company, their internet service is reliable and if you have questions by phone, you get someone to talk to you in less than a minute. The only down side is that communication through email is slow. It takes about 2 days to get a response in my experience. Other than that, I rather have do my business with MTCO than any other big internet company out there, plus supporting a local business supports the local economy.

The fiber optic cable was installed in my neighborhood and I switched to them from Comcast. The service is very good and dependable. The installers were very friendly and helpful and professional as were the customer service and tech help on the telephone. Overall great experience. The cost is competitive for their service - not the cheapest - but happy to have dependable service I can count on.

Their price is reasonable. I like that the guys that came and install it were very thorough. They went over the whole remote control with me and spent a lot of time showing me how things worked. Their service people are really good. Their customer service skills and demeanor were very good.

We have problems with internet and cable provided by MTCO Communications. Their customer service is not helpful. We went without tv for 2 weeks, it was a hassle to get a credit to our account, and we could not get a technician to come out to troubleshoot.

Illinois Valley's internet service has deteriorated over the past 6 months to an unusable state with no plans to fix the problem.
