Jezak Property Management

I booked Jezak through Angi for assembly of two bedside units. Before the appointment, I had sent him the product link and we agreed on a price. He arrived on time, looked at the items and the instructions, then said he didn?t have the necessary tools (a flathead screwdriver, #2 Phillips head screwdriver, and hammer). I told him I had the tools available, but he still left, saying he would return later with his own. After several hours, I reached out to check in ? he said he would be here in about an hour. I called again later, and he told me he would be here in 15?20 minutes. Then, after around 15 minutes, he said he had a flat tire and would call me the next day to schedule a new time. After that, he stopped responding completely. I even had to postpone my appointments that day because he said he would be coming back later, which caused additional inconvenience. I understand that he might have felt the job wasn?t worth the agreed rate, but this in unprofessional.

Amazon ran over our mailbox and Jeff came out and did a great job installing a new one.

These guys were very communicative and flexible. They have very reasonable rates and were fast to respond. We have an 86-inch TV wall mounted now and away from little hands. Thank you soooooo much for the amazing outcomes! I will definitely be utilizing them again for any of my needs!!!

I had a small job and Jeff and his son came over the same day and took care of it. I may have a few more jobs and will not hesitate to hire Jeff. I've already recommended him to 2 other people and he just left a couple hours ago. My job was small - relocating inaccessible smoke detector putting a new one in utility room - but it was something that worried me a lot. As an older person finding a reliable handymen is important. Reasonable price too.

$800 job turned into a $3500 job, partly due to mistakes made by the contractors. Everything took MUCH longer than promised at MUCH higher costs than promised. Siding is falling off, and over a month later STILL not fixed even after multiple promises to take care of it.

Jeff and his son did a great job installing my storm door I would for sure call them if I need anymore work done

Part of my wood fence collapsed after a storm. Jeff was super respectful of my time and was able to come look at the damage the same day and give me an estimate. Very respectful of my team and him and his team did good work. Would definitely hire again for any surprise projects that come up.

Was supposed to show up on Wednesday and didn't. Arrived over 30 minutes late on Thursday and worked 4.5 hours or less. Was supposed to return on Friday at 10 AM. Never showed up, called or messaged us. He final responded after 12 and said he was available on Saturday. Nice person, knows what he is doing but surely not dependable.

These guys have done a really great job for me! They are very professional and I’m very happy with the quality. Also Jeff is quick to respond and kept in constant contact with me. I recommend these guys and I will definitely use them again!

I saw them in a facebook post i message them and they got back to me right away. we schedule services for July 7th and he was finished in less than two days. All the quality of the work looks good.

Very great job done. Would very definitely hire again. First saw my two friends roofing jobs done by them and they did a great job. So asked about flooring and Jeff said yes and I am so happy with the job they did for me.
