"From beginning to end of the process we had a very positive experience with HomeSpec. From the initial contact with the company right through to the end of the project, it was well done. Whenever we had a question, Brian was right there to respond to our calls. The crew under John's supervision that did the job was amazing. They were very professional, focused on doing the job well, and hard workers. they answered any questions that I had as they worked and frequently asked me if I had any. I was incredibly impressed with how they managed to keep the dust under control and how clean the house remained throughout the process. No dust anywhere on first and second floors. I would recommend both the company and the crew that did our work. Well done!"

"A1 concrete has done a fine job. this is the third job they have done for us. they are the company to call for concrete leveling !"

"Very professional and friendly. Estimator came to the house to review the project gave us a quote. We had 20 feet sidewalk that had settled and was uneven. Got the work scheduled. Concrete leveling crew was here on the scheduled day. They were professional and courteous. They did an exceptional job. Answered all our questions and cleaned up after the job was completed. We will recommend them to our friends and family."

"TECH WAS ABLE TO LEVEL CONCRETE ON LIVING ROOM FLOOR IM SATISFIED OF THE RESULT"

"I spoke with roughly every foundation repair business within 25 miles of my home, and all gave me vastly different solutions upon seeing my home. Based on the research I did (online articles, reddit, etc.) Russ's solution aligned with everything I was looking for without me having to lead him there. We had new I-beams installed (plus several carbon fiber straps because my stairs hug the wall), new internal drain system, one wall re-aligned (with exterior waterproofing including hauling away clay soil and backfilling with peastone), and tuckpointing. It was a huge job to say the least, but the quality of work done was outstanding. During the job he will call you over to educate you on everything he's doing. His #1 priority is making sure you (as the customer) are 100% satisfied with the work being done. You always have the opportunity to ask questions, alter the solution, or add-on additional work. He has a solution for everything. With all that being said, you'll probably have to wait awhile, and it's on you to keep the line of communication open. My advice to you is if you don't hear from him after consultation/quote, follow up with him, try to gauge when work will be able to start, and follow up as the date gets closer. He runs one crew at a time so that he can oversee the job, he does every consultation/estimate himself, so it's challenging for him to chase everyone down to see if they're interested. Most companies want to get in and out as fast as possible, cutting corners, etc. Russ doesn't operate that way and will make sure the solution implemented is bulletproof. Your patience will be rewarded. It was great to meet everyone on the crew, big thanks again to Russ, Russell (son), Jake, Jay, David, and Tez!"

"The man that came to our house was very nice and we felt as though he was not trying to sell us a basement system, but more-so a piece of mind. Also, he explained exactly where everything would be and how it would all work. Thanks, Roger!"

"First, the nightmare driveway: We bought the house new in 2002. In the first couple of years of construction in the sub, the builder had to demolish & replace 50+ driveways due to improper design & prep of the fill. Mine was to be replaced but the builder went toes up prior to replacing my drive. Within 2 years a couple of adjacent slabs had sunk in the middle of the slab noticeably and it only worsened from there. Fast forward to today. The HOA (never again) was on my case to fix the driveway or suffer fines.
As the concrete is 15 years old & spalled from the salt, I looked first at replacement. The single-car drive is not huge but I was still looking at a range of $2700-3500 to rip & replace. Being upside down as many of the houses in the area are, I didn't feel that I could invest that amount so I looked at leveling instead. I received several quotes and selected Lift and Level based on cost & other reviews on AL.
The crew showed up on time (even a bit early) and were onsite about 6 hours. The driveway was so uneven that they pumped 11 yards of fill and even had to leave to 'reload' and return, which they did promptly. There were a couple of areas where the edges opposite of the sunken edge had 'heaved' so severely that I was told that they probably wouldn't become 100% level. Watching the crew work, however, it was clear that they had enough expertise in leveling that even working with this 'tricky' situation, they were able to achieve very good results. No it's not perfect on a couple of the outside edges but the way that they 'split the difference' made it look darn good and virtually eliminated all trip hazards.
The crew was friendly, punctual and professional. At one point another crew even showed up to review the work and offer suggestions on the difficult areas. At all times the crew worked with a very large level, I'm assuming to ensure drainage away from the house.
The work is warranted for 2 years and they were sure to tell me to give them a call if any adjustments become necessary.
Time will tell, but seems like a great job & a good option to replacement when money is an issue.

"I recently hired Active Home Savers to power wash my house, and I couldnâ t be happier with the results.   The team arrived on time and was super friendly. They explained the process, which I appreciated. The power washing was amazingâ dirt and grime were gone in no time. The sidewalks, walls, and entryways looked almost brand new.   What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They made sure every corner was spotless and even took care of stubborn stains.   After they finished, the property looked fresh and clean. The team did a fantastic job cleaning up. I highly recommend Active Home Savers for anyone needing power washing services. The results speak for themselves"

"I always call Brick Works to do any kind of masonary work. They have poured two patios for me and did a marvelous job. They really know how to level a patio to drain water away from the house. They quickly responded to my request. The work was completed the day after my call. I highly recommend this company."
