Paid $355 for this and now I have to deal with the water heater he drained (without using the provided hose) soaking the hallway carpeting. Very pissed off"

"re the job: the tech was on time, courteous and efficient. However at checkout time I noticed a 6 percent add on to the negotiated price. I remarked that Michigan does not charge sales tax (6%) on labor. It should be the priced quoted.He said it was a gasoline surcharge. My argument was not with him so I aid it and contacted the office. They said it's been between 4-8% for years. I remarked about the lack of disclosure at the time of the quote or on Angi's list. He said he gets very few complaints. Offereed no resolution. Hence, this post."

"Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that. "

"I contacted Mr Handyman from Angie's List around June 25th 2024. Mr Handy sent me a quote on June 26th for $3360 for 2men and 2days to complete the job of building a sunroom at my home. I excepted and scheduled a appointment for work to be done on July the 1st. Mr. Handyman called me on June the 28th to reschedule for July the 2 2024. They showed up on the 2nd worked 5 hours and come again on July 3 2024 worked for 8 hours. Job was still not completed. I called the company on July 8 2024 to find out about completed the job, I was told that someone would be out on July 10 2024 no one showed. I called the company around 9am on the 10th I was told that someone would be out to complete the job on July 11 2024. No one showed or called on July 11 2024. I called the company on July 12 2024 I spoke with the Owner and he said he would have someone out on July 15 2024 between 8-10am. The contractor came out on July 15 2024 worked 3 hours and told me that nothing could be done about the leak in the roof or the stripped door handle and missing screws. I called back to the company talked to the owner I offered to send photos of the job he refused to accepted. I have not talk to or received any call about rectifying to problem. I would like a refund of $1491 to hire another contractor. I do not trust this company to do the job correctly."
