The ladies are beautiful. They were professional, cheerful and friendly and I thought their rates are reasonable. They cleaned my basement and made it sparkle. Great job!

I was impressed with the professional friendly free estimate given with the recommendation of an initial **deep cleaning** for $250 to follow with additional $150 appointments as needed. The family crew of 4 showed up and was a pleasure to have working around me. Because I was so impressed by what I could see being done and letting down my guard that I wouldnâ t end up very satisfied with the end result. I should have been much more diligent in checking out the most obvious housekeeping chores such as bathroom (toilet/tub), floors, and dusting of infrequently used objects however before paying them for the 3 hours they were here. When I noticed these things throughout the day after they left, I texted about all my concerns with the attached photos. In the 1st text about the bathroom (dirty toilet, tub floor, and untouched wall tile surround), I was offered a free deep cleaning of the bathroom upon the next visit. As I discovered more issues throughout the day and texting more photos of dust bunnies under furniture, I received a simple apology. My last and final complaint was that nothing more than surface vacuuming of furniture was done while neglecting to lift the cushions to vacuum the debris that works its way through the cracks, as well as not even touching the dusty cedar chest that serves as a coffee table in my front parlor was not done. At this point, I informed Jenie that I would not consider continuing to use her businessâ service and suggested I should be given at least a partial refund. You can see where this is going, right? She totally ghosted on me. She refuses to respond to any further texts and oh, surprise! You canâ t even leave a voicemail because her box is full! Hmmm, I wonder why? She is definitely not a Home Advisor candidate and my next step will be to try and have her removed.

Friendly, courteous. They do good job with general cleaning. Also they do extra by cleaning an area that is dirty.
