"Our sales rep Aaron did an excellent job in explaining our window choices. How the windows worked and showed us how energy efficient they are. When we had questions, Aaron was very good about getting back to us with answers. The installation crew were great. They worked on one window at a time and cleaned up after each window was installed. They took the old windows with them. We were shown how easy it is to clean our new windows. As the crew was finishing the clean up, a representative from 1-800- Hansonà ¢à  à  s arrived to make sure we were pleased with the windows and the job the installation crew did. When the person came to measure he also didn’t catch that I was having all my windows done except one. The windows look great. The response when I notified the co that one window was missed was very fast but added to my cost."
