We are a small family-owned business, operating out of Lena, WI. We recently started our company branching off from our families painting company that has been operating for three generations, so we have experience and expertise in many aspects of interior and exterior work. We can help make your dream a reality through painting of walls and ceilings, to trim and cabinetry. We also do exterior painting of houses, barns, metal roofs, and more! Over the cooler months, we offer painting of furniture, such as dressers and tables. Along with painting we also do interior and exterior cleaning, which can be on a biweekly/monthly schedule, spring/fall deep cleaning, one time cleaning, and post construction clean up. We offer outdoor pressure washing services as well. Quotes are always free, and all work is timely! Solace Property Solutions is here to give you "peace of mind, every time!"

"I had a bad computer board in my oven. they said they would not cover it because they found a roach. This is Florida we have some roaches. i do not have a bug problem. It has nothing to do with a bad computer board. This company looks for a way to deny claims. i had one other claim and they tried to deny it as well. Save yourself some agravation and stay away. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

Streaky trim paint can result from several factors, including improper application techniques and insufficient coats. If you use a brush too large or damaged, you’re more likely to get uneven coverage. Paint thinners are better solvents, making them a good option if you need to clean your brushes quickly or if you are dealing with dried paint, which mineral spirits can’t remove. On the other hand, mineral spirits have less toxicity, less odor, and lower volatility. It is safer to use indoors and doesn’t evaporate as quickly if you need to leave the brushes to soak.

For a stairway or foyer, you should be able to do the whole room with a single gallon of paint. However, if your room is on the larger end, measure carefully and check a paint calculator just to be safe.

If you’re unhappy with the look of your baseboard heater and want to make it flow seamlessly with your wall color, painting a baseboard heater is possible. Always ensure the heater is off and cooled before you begin this project. Heat-resistant paint isn’t necessary unless your heater is heating above 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
