Can't give a truly honest rating as nothing has been done yet. We are still waiting for the tub I ordered to be delivered. I'm a retired tradesman and I know when somebody is blowing smoke up my ass.. Frank ain't doing that. I would work with him anytime (!). If I could.........mike
