"From the first phone call it was outstanding. I spoke with Peter Hendrie. He took lots of time to tell me about the types of carpets and how they should be cleaned and stained guarded. He knows the characteristics of every fiber. He has been in business for 27 years. Then he came and did a personal, on site estimate at no charge. Looked at the upholstery and carpet and told me his plan to clean and what I could expect. He also gave me a written quote. I made the decision to go with his company. Both the written quote and for the cleaning he texted me as a courtesy to tell me when he would be here. He took his time and did not rush doing the work. His prices are extremely reasonably. He was through and considerate. He is willing to move small pieces of furniture. He was very personable. Expectations were very clear with regard to stubborn stains. What can and can't be done by not only him but anyone."
