chimney sweep
 + -1 moreThey have always cleaned our stove and chimney...we had to replace our stove and they did the new installation and replaced the bad pipes...very happy with them and will continue to use them as long as we're burning wood.

 + -1 moreVery poor service. Rick Brenner took my deposit and said he would install stove within one week. Three weeks went by and I heard nothing. Numerous phone calls went unanswered. I was on the verge of taking legal action to get my money back which was substantial. He came out after 25 days and did a half assed job with lots of cut corners. Parts were missing and I'm still trying to get them from him. Room fills with smoke. Stove was installed WRONG as the manual said to do it one way and he did it another! This guy is a scam artist. Works out of his house and never answers the phone. All phone calls go to voice mail. By the way, Rick Brenner and Mr Chimney Sweep of St Clair Michigan has a BBB rating of F which is the lowest you can get. In short, I was ripped off.

 + -1 moreTHEY CAME TO MY HOUSE ON TIME AND DID A VERY QUICK AND EFFICIENT JOB. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB CLEANING UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND EVEN GAVE ME A SPECIAL.

 + -1 moreI REALLY THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE. THEY WERE HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK AND I WAS MORE THAN SATISFIED WITH THEM.
