"We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. We have a small house in Romeo that was built in the late 1800s. Our basement was in bad shape. All of the beams and support poles were wood and the majority of them were either sagging or cracking. We had one contractor tell us that no one was going to want the repair work, another basement repair contractor said that it was way beyond their capabilities and a different one came in and whipped up a $20k estimate within an hour and got pushy when we didn’t want to hand over a deposit. Two months later, the work began on time and was completed within the 5 day time period that they had promised us. The foreman, Roger, and all of the crew were extremely professional and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We just had the local building inspector come out for the final walk-through and he was thoroughly impressed with the finished work.
