"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Actually I was a little nervous about using Johnson's, but once I talked to Mr Johnson and he reassured me of his work, I decided to give him a try and I am glad I did. He did a very good job on my sofa and love seat. The color is a off white and I had never had it cleaned before. By the time he had finished, it looked like new again. I am very pleased with his worked. Thank you very much for recommending him to me."

"He is incredible, the best carpet cleaning service. He did a better job than I expected."

From the very beginning, I was impressed with the customer service I received. \n \nQuickly I will share with you my story. Very recently, contractors had just completed some work on my home. Unfortunately, while painting, they badly damaged my brand new carpet. I called Stanley Steemer because you were a large size ad in the phone book and because I didnt have to listen to a message recording. I explained the damage to my carpet and asked when someone could arrive at my home to offer an estimate. \n \nTo my delight, later that afternoon Joe arrived. He was on time, knowledgeable about his products and services, and also very polite. He gave me an estimate for my damaged carpet and suggested furniture cleaning as well. I made the appointment for the carpet for the following day, but decided to wait on the furniture. \n \nThe next day, Jesse and Todd arrived at my home exactly on time as well. It turned out that my carpet repair was a bit more complicated than originally thought. Not to worry, Jesse performed exceptionally. In addition, I asked about when I could make an appointment for the furniture. My experience first with Joe, and then with Jesse and Todd sold me on the furniture as well. Todd then cleaned the furniture while Jesse made the repair. Finally, they cleaned my front walk-in carpet area where the hose had rested while cleaning the furniture. Obviously, to say the least, I am very impressed. \n \nThank You Again, \n \nSatisfied Customer \n \nPlease check out us out at stanelysteemer.com \n
