"I recently hired Superior Home Building after my awning was ripped off of my front porch during a wind storm. There was a lot of damage including the siding, gutters, and railing. I wanted a new covered porch gable roof with a raised inside ceiling (instead of an awning), new siding across the whole front, new gutters, new wood railing painted white, and new poles wrapped in white. (I am a person who knows exactly what I want, how I want it and how much i want to spend.) I searched through many building companies and they either were too expensive, didn't want to do my project, couldn't handle my project, or just didn't seem to honestly care about me or my project. Once I found Jerrod at SHB, all my problems were solved. This team honestly cares about you, your project, your wants and your needs. "I should tell you that he was the 3rd contractor to show up with an estimate.  The 1st, which advertises eavuily on sports radio, could not even offer a solution and simply left after 15 minutes.  The 2nd, a snake oil saleman, wanted $4000 to dig out the basment along 3 walls to solve the problem (overkill and I'm out $3000 too much)
His 2 men showed up on time and completed the task that day but advised there was still blockage which had to be snaked out.  I subsequently received a call from Brian, 4-Ever's plumber, who set up an appointment came out and snaked the line clear.  He even went to the store bought me 3 plugs..one brass one so  I could lay carpet w/o a bump where the cleanout was and 2 more for the storm drain and the sewer drain which were never ( after 60 years) opened.  He even took the time to show me how to break out the original brass plugs and how to install new PVC ones.  DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH OTHER CONTRACTORS NOT ON ANGIE'S LIST AND 4-EVER LEADS THE PACK
