K&M improvement did such an incredible job!! they gave me the kitchen and bathroom I’ve always wanted!! Our house is over 100 years old and needed a lot of work, they worked so hard and went above and beyond to make the outcome perfect! They are so professional and easy to talk to, I’d recommend their services over and over again!!

From my first phone call to Mid Michigan Tree Trimming Services, (810) 837-3588, to inquire about getting our backyard trees trimmed, till the day they came and completed the work, we had nothing but professionalism from this company. They came the very next day after my call and spoke with us about what we wanted done to open the view in our backyard, which is on the river. The two gentlemen went step by step with us as we pointed out what we wanted removed. They gave us a quote and two days later we enlisted them for the job. Within the week, a crew of three professional tree trimmers arrived to do the trimming and removable of the large tree limbs, shrubs and leftover logs from one of our own projects. Their “tree climber” (which many companies no longer have. Most companies now want to use the high/low machines which would have been impossible in our precariously shaped backyard, on the hillside.) Jake, their climber, knew exactly how to get up into our tall trees and trim the overhanging branches. His safety equipment was impressive. It was amazing to see how they worked together to complete the job and open the view in our backyard. Without a doubt, if we ever need anymore tree work, we know exactly who we will call. The men were professional as well as kind and considerate. They are the BEST!! Thank you Mid Michigan Tree Trimmers!!!!

A fine professional crew.. Excellent assessment of what trees pruning..and which ones needed to be removed. Crew was very easy to talk to.. and very knowledgeable about trees .. and much room they need to “breathe “ and grow well. Have had several local companies employed before, but this crew was superior by far. I am a Master Gardener and was on the “landscaping” crew with Habitat for Humanity Saginaw..and helped plant trees with new homeowners for 10+ years.

They were here on time and seemed very nice. I was not home but my partner was, so, on review of their work there were several trees that they did not trim completely, two trees were determined to be dead/dying AFTER they started trimming and they were Oaks so they should not have been trimmed in the summer due to disease spread, which we learned about later from an expert. This company did not treat us as valued customers by leaving this very important piece of information out of the conversation. Bitterly disappointed that my partner paid them for the work. When I called back to ask them to come and finish trimming the over-looked branches they said they would call me back. I'm still waiting. you have been warned

"we knew there were oks and was going to seal all wounds were we were triming they wanted them done and we did do as ask too, her partner was there and was a 100 % happy and yes we did tell them two oaks need to come down and give them a price to do so and give them a deal on taking them down also the bill was $950 but when we started triming we the two to be in very bad shape and talk with her partner about the matter and we tuck $ 75.00 of the bill we did everything we had on contract and yes you should cut oaks in winter not summer but some people want them done now so you have to seal up were you cut , so when we were done he said everything was a 100% and he was very happy with every thing and was happy about the $75 coming of the bill and said he would talk to her about taking down the two bad ones so we headed on are way with check in hand she got home and called us calling us names that I cant put in here so we waiting a day to let things cool down and call her back and told her we wanted her to be happy she is mad about the cutting of trees but yet wanted us to come back a cut more for free so we had told her if she had us come out and take down the two bad one witch we was going to take more money off of that bill and told her we did not want anyone unhappy and would do what we could then she started saying things I can not repeat so we told her maybe we should just part ways so she started again so told her we were sorry and hung up phone so we did not have to take any more abuse . we are very sorry but did not matter what we said or did he was there and very happy but we could not make her happy no matter what ."

It went great. Pretty important to get it done because that place where my kid plays in. They shut it all out and cleaned the yard. They are excellent. I highly recommend them.

I came home from work at 815 a.m., found Jake and his crew already cutting limbs off of the Maple tree. Took them five hours to remove several mature pine and maple trees. I went to sleep, but my next door Neighbor said I like the way your tree trimmers work, so I hired them. She is having her tree cut down this weekend, since Jake will be here already I am going to have one more mature pine tree cut down. Note:. I was at work when I gave this review, phones not allowed in facility, sorry no pics. But picture three stumps, no mess, debris or nothing and wood was stacked. Several family members came to retrieve the wood and pleasantly surprised that the wood was all stacked neatly by our fence. I am so very glad I called them.

I contacted a couple of companies for quotes to remove two large pines from our backyard. Jake called back that day, and came out that evening. J&M tree service was the only company we contacted that actually came out to our property to look at what we wanted done - two companies just sent e-mail quotes without even coming out to look. Very happy customer! Highly recommend for tree removal! Cutting trees is step one, but the clean up is everything.... J&M Tress Service is not only professional, but exceptional at the clean up. I first want to state how professional and courteous they were. They showed up when they said they would and took the time to explain to me what the process was for them to remove it. It was incredible to watch him climb up and make his cuts than scale down the tree. he also dropped the limb exactly where he said he would, safely out the way. when he was done he went over and cleaned up the entire area and removed all the debris for me, which was huge as i'm unable to due to disabilities. All en all is was a great experience and i would definitely use them again for any future tree problems that may arise. Strongly recommend using them for all your tree service needs.
