The way they installed it worked; it was fine. It was not 100% exactly what we want. We kind of wanted it installed in an L-shape than just going straight down. The installed it straight down in a wonderful area. I am not sure if the guy would have been able to make the L-shape where it was installed. The guy might not have been able to install that part in an L and he was able to install it that way for the rest of the lattice."

They came out the same day to access the problem, determined what needed to be done and came out the next day to do the repair work. They had to install flashing, sheath the plywood on the chimney and install the vinyl siding in the chimney. We have had a couple heavy downpours since the repair with no leakage.
