"Miles Painting is awesome!We are very pleased with the work Ethan Miles and his brother did. The first time they came was in October to do our living room and stair wells on our tri level. We were so pleased with how they sanded and painted that we had them come back to paint our kitchen and great room. Ethan and Tyler take great care to tape off and put plastic down. They sanded everything and are always so cheerful. The price was reasonable and they did both projects quickly. We love the accent wall and color that Ethan suggested. We would definitely recommend Miles Painting LLC! "

"Their quality of work was great......As far as their customer service...I have another small deck that I need refinishing but wasn't ready while they were doing the large deck and stairs. I had new metal railings and post sleeves installed. I have repeatedly called and left messages with no callback. I did get through once but and spoke to Jake but he never touched base with me again. Also they say that a $25 gas card will be given to a paid in full job. The job was paid and no gas card. They said it would be mailed. I'm still waiting...Overall they did a good job but their customer service could be better."

I contacted MKD and sent photos as requested. Days went by with no response. When I followed up, they admitted they had ?overlooked? the photos and promised to call back that afternoon. They never did. After another follow-up, they informed me the installation was only covered under a one-year warranty and that I would need to pay a $500 service fee just to have the sink reattached. Our sink is now literally being held up by 2x4s. This issue could have been avoided with proper installation and could easily be resolved with a quick visit but MKD refuses to take responsibility. Think twice before hiring MKD. In my experience, they have been careless, unresponsive, "
