On time, clean up after the job. Made sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Encountered numerous issues and dealt with them in a professional and timely manner. Work is exceptional as well as work ethic. I would highly recommend Juan and his crew to any family looking to have a remodel, new flooring etc. Reasonably priced for excellent work.

Overall JV did an excellent job installing our dining room floor (an engineered hardwood floor). The workers were highly skilled and patient with me as I needed to replace a threshhold as I had purchased the wrong one. Our only complaint would be some communication difficulties on the day of installation, but that would not keep us from hiring them again or highly recommending their services.

My bathroom had a leak for quite some time and these guys came in and did my estimate. The next day they were able to come out pull up the sub floors, fixed the leak and laid down the new flooring. Bathroom looks great and I love the floor they used!

This business is a fabulous family business with unbelievable work ethic!!! They, hands down were friendly, considerate and very prompt! The product was great and I love my waterproof rigid wood look vinyl flooring. I had my whole top floor completed along with my stairs going down to the basement. The craftsmanship on the stairs is gorgeous and the toe plate makes it so you do not fear slipping. My house is finally just how I want it! A month later I noticed a piece of quarter round came loose and a piece of quarter round that I thought should be wood look in the kitchen. Juan came out right away and corrected my issue, no questions asked! I cannot thank Juan and his kids enough! Job well done!! I would recommend this business to anyone.

It has been around 1.5 years since they installed our floor. They did a good job on floor. They were really nice and professional, but I feel I have to be honest about one thing; they could have done better with the baseboard. I pointed out a flaw and he agreed it needed to be fixed. He went home and about 1-2 weeks later I reminded him of the baseboard, and he said he would not come back for something that minor, but if I gave him another project he would fix it. I have noticed 2 other spots in the baseboard that need repair. I doctored them up the best I can but expected better. I guess other people have had the same issue with these guys.

I had a great experience from the first call to Juan, the two installers that layed the carpet and afterwards communicating with Juan. I am really big on professionalism and customer service. These guys meet my high expectations!! Definitely keeping their number in my contacts.

Juan and his associate are very professional. They removed old carpeting and installed laminate wood flooring and new trim. The room is beautiful! They also went above and beyond all my expectations! A bonus - they clean and swept all work areas when they finished the job! I will definitely hire them again to lay more flooring!!
