"I am so busy. I'm bad about returning phone calls and emails. It's not that I'm avoiding you, or I don't want the window washing service. It's just that there are more pressing issues that need my attention. I contacted 6 places about window cleaning. Two didn't respond and the other3 played telephone tag or texted promising to send me a quote but never did. Then I heard back from this one. Bonnie is making money for Michigan Elite Window Cleaning! Her manner on the phone is a great first impression. As is her efficiency in applying just the right amount of nudging without being a pest. Her interpersonal skills are excellent and so is her follow up when she promises to get back with an answer. There are many more choices for window cleaning than the 6 I contacted but I doubt you will find anyone who gets you on the schedule better than Michigan Elite. I'll let you know how the window cleaning and gutter cleaning go."

"We hired the Browing family to take out a huge area of poison oak and also replace some fencing. They did a great job. They were very pleasant and professional to deal with. They left the work area very clean and neat. The fencing looks great. We highly recommend that you hire this company ."
