It's just that there are more pressing issues that need my attention. I contacted 6 places about window cleaning. Two didn't respond and the other3 played telephone tag or texted promising to send me a quote but never did. Then I heard back from this one. Bonnie is making money for Michigan Elite Window Cleaning! Her manner on the phone is a great first impression. As is her efficiency in applying just the right amount of nudging without being a pest. Her interpersonal skills are excellent and so is her follow up when she promises to get back with an answer. There are many more choices for window cleaning than the 6 I contacted but I doubt you will find anyone who gets you on the schedule better than Michigan Elite. "I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of the service provider for cleaning my gutter on such short notice. They arrived a little before schedule - which was surprising. The service provider was friendly and very thorough. There was a large rock in the elbow of the drain that prevented the water from completely running down the spout. The service provider disassemble the gutter, removed the rock, and put it back in place. I would highly recommend this company."
