"Xhulio And his team were amazing they did an awesome job with our basement. Everything turned out spectacular and they were super fast. Who process took a little under two weeks. I can’t recommend them enough professional and great pricing. Give them a call!"

"Very professional, responsive, and thorough. So impressed with the owner and all crews involved. We were stressed due to the financial commitment (approximately $76k). Extremely happy with the outcome and would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone! We will only contact SHB for future projects!!! Thank you SHB!"

"It was a steady process. Of course there were hiccups along the way, but with Renaissance & myself working as a TEAM on this project, everything was done & done well. I do believe that is KEY on any project, especially one of this size. I told Jamie at the beginning of the project that communication was VERY important to me. Jamie was quick to address any questions or concerns I had. He picked up my calls every time. I will hire Renaissance Restoration for all home improvements and/or updates."

"Artistic Construction did an awesome job renovating my basement! Pictures speak for themselves, but, I'm sadly, unable to share any here on Angi.com ? Craig cares about doing a good job & at the end of the day, he stands behind his work. His Crew is also super friendly and easy to work with. If you want a beautiful basement that will serve you and your family for many years to come, call Craig @ Artistic Construction & Design. If you're not so concerned about Quality & Workmanship, then I guess you can call anybody else... ?"

"Needed old bathrooms repainted and freshened up along with an exhaust fan installation. Ron, Dan and team were upfront with cost and able to do the job quickly and efficiently, bringing their expertise to bear to leave us with a highly professional finished product."

"Zefs Construction team has been working on my three properties for the last two years. They did tremendous jobs. The owner Zef is a respectful person. He is the highly trustable and professional. I am an out-of-state investor and I put my full trust in him. He and his team did extensive renovation work on my two dilapidated properties and all got building inspections passed, especially one property at Warren. The city inspectors were very picky and they issued the lengthy reports including zoning/building/mechanical/plumbing/electrical. Zef took care of the property beautifully. Now, the properties are renting out so that I'm receiving my investment's return. Zefs Construction is my go-to contractor to do different home renovation works and home repair as well. Zefs Construction also works closely with my agent and property manager and even my tenants to get work done quickly. I am very grateful to have Zef on my properties' renovation jobs. He is the best person I have ever met from the Angie's List!"

"The estimate started as 360 for 4 hours and then the email said there was a 7 hour labor in total. They included the ladder and paintbrush in the materials. I don't know why I would have to buy a new ladder for them or a bucket. The paint brush I could understand but I don't think I should have to buy it from them. There were too many ridiculous fees on top for the small job."
