"we are currently working with [Member Name Removed] to completely satisfy her. Sorry that your have felt this way as I have discussed with you. As I have told you your complete satisfaction is our goal at Northwest Drain Station thanks for being our customer.......to be continued thanks, [Member Name Removed]"
We have a 20 year old Kohler toilet and my husband had replaced several parts and we were still having problems with the toilet on and off again. Randy came back the next day with another part which didn't work (they don't make the part anymore, they have a substitute), so he adjusted the parts my husband had put in and the toilet is working great! If we run into another problem with it, we will just have Randy replace the toilet. I would use Northwest again for service and ask for Randy.
"Thank so much for you very polite review we are so happy to have customers such as you I really do appreciate your input, Thank you so much Johnny"
"I'm sorry that you feel this way this was a very messy job working in a white bathroom. The reason I didn't pull the toilet first was in a attempt to save you money, unfortunately I had to do both spots not because I missed diagnosed the problem. As far as cleaning the mess I really thought that I did an outstanding job, I'm not sure why you didn't take a picture of the job after I was finished. In the picture you posted was while I was cleaning not when I was done, I wiped and cleaned everything and remember asking you how does everything look and you told fine. never less I really am sorry that you felt dissatisfied. I really care for my customers you are the reason we are in business. Please give me another chance to make you 100% happy. I will even give you discounted pricing in the future. No hard feelings I would love the opportunity to make you satisfied. I apologize for your experience, and look forward to making it right, thank you."
"Were very sorry that this happened to you. but in are defense i think you might have mixed us up with another company. you stated that we sold you a plan for $500 we don't have a plan for that amount our plans are $59 or $259. Also you stated that we snaked every drain because we didn't now what one to snake. we always run a test on the drain system to determine which one has caused the back up and sometimes we recommend doing more as preventative maintanance. I was the tech there and remember telling the customer that the stairs were in bad repair our machines have wheels on them and weigh upwards of 300 pounds we are always careful but the stairs need to be in decent shape also to permit work to be done. i remember this sewer was extremly difficult to open that is why we used a heavy duty snake we were trying to help the customer and avoid having them dig up there front yard which i did. Yes I will admit there was black mess at my area of work this was one of the messiest jobs I have done in a long time that is because I had to snake the sewer approx. 50 times to get clear and was there several hours.. I always try to clean mess up but this was not the normal the customer told me she would take care of it. please note this was the messiest sewer snaking I ever had to do, but please keep in mind when you snake that much and have heavy muddy roots coming in from the sewer it isn't pretty. but i was really trying to help the customer from having to escavate her front yard. also you stated that you had to have us come out again in a month we have no record of this and i never went back since this time i am talking about. I am sorry that this happened to you I will take the blame for the mess but again this was a very difficult and messy sewer to clean i did the bulk of the root removal which would make another techs trip out much easier. I hope that you understand that i take full responsibility for my actions. but please note that some of the facts that you stated did not apply to our company for instance the $500 dollar plan the return call in a month it sounds like you had multiple companys there at your home once again we only want to make you satisfied. as a good faith action i will personally come to your house during normal business hours and snake your sewer two more times in the future at no charge and will do everything in my power to gain your trust again. Thank you very much let me know if we can do this for you!"
