We have a couple signature designs for decks, both composite and wood, I also do a lot of custom/ from pintrest ideas for your home if you can imagine it we will build it

Unfortunately, you can’t put new grout on top of old grout. Regrouting requires a smooth surface in order to fill in cracks, so you’ll have to remove the old grout first. If you don’t, your new grout won’t just look bumpy—it also won’t properly adhere. Once it cures, it will start to chip away, leaving you right where you started.

It’s very likely that your new grout won’t match your old grout perfectly. But if the difference is very noticeable, you can fix it with a grout colorant. All you have to do is match the colorant to the old grout and then paint it onto the new grout, making sure to wipe any excess off of the tiles quickly.

Common problems include cracks, loose tiles, and grout discoloration. Proper maintenance prevents many issues.

To know if your shower pan is bad, look for signs that your shower pan is leaking. If your pan moves under your feet, there’s likely damage below it. Other signs of serious damage include visible cracks or the pan moving up and down when you step in and out of the shower.

Take quick action if you notice water stains on the ceiling or seams below the shower. If the base of your shower is always leaking or you have moldy grout by the base, call a pro to check it out.

You may damage the waterproofing sealant if you try to just remove a small number of bathroom tiles for a repair job. However, if you’re removing all the tiles on the walls or floor, you can redo the waterproofing when installing new tile. To minimize risk of water damage for replacing just a small amount of tiles, you’ll need to apply sealant and reapply it every six months to two years.
