We really appreciate the thorough, detailed inspection that Michael provided for us. The property we are intending to purchase is odd: large and old, with different parts constructed decades apart. The inspection report thankfully did not include any major defects or safety issues, but did include a number of small matters requiring TLC. Each of these problems was documented with photographs and commentary - all on the company website. The report was divided into sections such as exterior, heating/cooling, plumbing and electrical as well as sections detailing the findings in particular areas: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, crawlspace, etc. We feel confident that this inspection responsibly and accurately reported the condition of all aspects of the property and are thankful to Michael for his excellent, thoughtful work.

Even though MIke was hired for a septic tank inspection, he was unable to find the lid for the tank of a genuine 1940's cabin--not his fault, the prior owner was of little help in generalizing the search--he performed all agreed upon tasks fully and porfessionally. He was very communicative throughout the entire inspection and was open to my observations and comments, rather than get annoyed with me for distracting him. Overall, I will wholeheatedly endorse Mike for a full home inspection.

Mike is a fantastic guy. It was a pleasure having him do my inspection. He has great attention to detail and very thorough. When testing the garage door opener it started smoking. Was glad someone was there with me. I ran for the fire extinguisher and fortunately the smoke let up and quit without use. Pulled my car out of the garage and he unplugged it. Heâ s well worth the money even without the smoke. Iâ d highly recommend him to others.

Mike was awesome to work with! First, he answers his phone when you call and responds to texts very quickly. Second, before hiring him to do an inspection on a potential home for my daughter to purchase, he spent close to an hour on the phone with us discussing his process and how he would assess some of the concerns we had with this potential home. At the inspection, he showed up on time, looked at all of the areas that we had concerns with and thoroughly inspected and assessed them while we were present. I asked him to not only inspect the home as an inspector, but to also look at it as a father wanting to find a good solid first home for his daughter. Then after I left for work, he proceeded to complete his inspection with my daughter still present and took the time to explain things to her as he went. I was very impressed with this--as she is only 21 years old and this is her first attempt at buying a home. Mike then called me later that night and went over his findings and discussed his concerns with several of the areas he looked at. In addition to this, his report included several pictures and detailed descriptions of the types of damage found, possible causes and repair suggestions. Overall, Mike did an excellent job and exceeded all of our expectations and also took the time to implement the "dad" factor which sealed the deal for us on whether or not to buy this home.
