Both jobs turned out fantastic and Jim was a pleasure to work with. He laid out options, made suggestions and the workmanship was flawless. Then "tragedy" struck, and part of the kitchen floor was ruined when the new water line to the refrigerator leaked. After advising us to wait several months for the sub-floor to dry out, Jim came out again and repaired the kitchen floor. Jeff showed up that week and provided me with a detailed quote, explained the process, color options and provided me with a very reasonable price. Jeff and Pat worked for the next several hours completing the job. It looks fantastic. They did a great job cleaning up and prior to leaving Jeff explained the expectations for the next few days until the product was fully dry. I would highly recommend this company as Jeff and Pat did an awesome job. I will update my review in a few weeks with how the floor coating has held up yet I do not have any concerns."
