Worst experience ever. Two hour window is fine. Showed up 2 hours after that though. I was lead to believe they were experienced with the type of mount I bought. They fumbled their way thru the installation without reading the manual or reviewing the suggested specifications. Had to come back to reinstall the next day. I pointed out more issues after the second install. Found a dent in my soundbar that wasn't there when I unpacked it. Never again. I can't recommend this company.

I had an 85 inch tv mounted, a sound system installed, and tv back lighting installed. The speakers were installed wrong, and the tv backlighting was installed wrong

"We have very different feedback from the technicians regarding this installation. The TV lighting was not installed wrong, you simply purchased lights that were too short to go around a very large TV. We can't accept blame for the lighting strip being 13 ft and your TV required 16ft around the perimeter. This was thoroughly explained, and pointed out at the end of the installation. Regarding the speakers, as we explained, they were Left & Right speakers that can be connected to either side. It didn't matter if the left speaker was on the right or if the right speaker was on the left. Regardless, we came back out and switched the speakers around to address your objection. I do think with a little reflection, you'd come to the conclusion that this was not a 2-star installation....but we respect your perspective either way, and use all feedback as an opportunity to improve!"
