I want him to come back and try and run a line through my back 40 that the previous owner hacked through and rendered useless. He also does garden lighting. The prospect is very exciting. "From start to finish, Aiden and his team were communicative, clear, and thorough. They repaired our wooden fence, installed a double and single gate, and seeded the yard. We were very pleased with the work they did. Aiden was always very responsive to texts and calls, and was very sure to make sure all of our needs were met. When asked about the various jobs, he was very sure to talk through the whole project to make sure that all parties were on the same page. I would certainly recommend Aiden and his crew, and would re-hire them ourselves for any future work. He also threw in cleaning our gutters at no charge."

"Overall, Tom was personable, professional, and he got the job done fairly easily. I trusted his judgment in what kind of mounting hardware to use into the wall -- which was probably the one issue I had with how things went. Mr Handyman only provides their labor; the customer needs to provide ALL materials, which initially was challenging because the guy that I spoke to on the phone said that I had to wait until their guy arrived to even know what parts to get! He said the handyman would tell me what to get, and I'd need to go to the store -- while the guy is at my house -- and get the mounting hardware! (As a side note ... who would leave their house with someone they don't know inside it?). But then when I protested on the phone, he suggested I go to Home Depot and ask them, and get what they suggested (which made me wonder ... I'm hiring them for THEIR knowledge, right??). So my solution, which was the least painful in my mind, was to go to the hardware store and buy multiple different mounting options, and have them available for their guy to choose from (after which, I'll take the ones he didn't use back to the store). The only other point was the price, which, to explain ... Mr Handyman is a bit on the high side, because they charge for a full hour in addition to their service fee, even though Tom was only actually working at my house for about 30-40mins."
