"Ever since we purchased the house 2 years ago, the gas logs have not worked. We had 3 service calls, all to no effect, until we found Aspen. The two workers stuck with the problem until they figured it out. It required two different trips; they came when they said they would, were very polite, protected the area where they were working and cleaned up afterwards. In the process of their work, the grill on the front of the fireplace was slightly scratched (so they told us--we had not noticed) and they painted it before they left.
